Q) Are you traveling into the congestion charging zone. |

A) You as the customer are fully liable for paying of the congestion charge on the day of you entering the congestion charging zone, if you fail to do so any penalty charge notices will be forwarded on to yourself. |

Q) Can I drive a minibus or a large van on my licence. |
| |
A) You may drive vehicles up to 7.5 ton on a normal licences but any vehicle that exceeds this you are required to sit the relevant HGV test, Drivers who have passed there test since 1997 will be required to take a seperate HGV test in order to driver a 7.5 ton vehicle and this also applies to vehicles with nine seats or more if you have passed your test you may drive a vehicle with up to nineteen seats but if since January 1997 again you will require a seperate test in order to be able to drive these vehicles. |

Q) Can I have the car delivered to the Airport on arrival into the UK. |

A) Our staff can meet and greet you at the terminal and bring you to our office to fill in the hire forms and to collect your vehicle. |

Q) Can I rent from you and leave the vehicle somewhere else. |
| |
A) One-way rentals are not generally available. However, under certain circumstances, it may be possible to leave a vehicle at a pre-arranged destination. A collection charge will apply in these instances. Ask our hire staff for details. |

Q) Can I take your vehicle abroad. |
| |
A) Yes, with our prior consent. Special terms apply for taking vehicles outside the U.K.

A) Unfortunatley you can not leave the vehicle outside the premisses the vehicle has to be returned during office hours. |

A) We are a license of Scott group so we have nationwide cover to get you a replacement vehicle. |
